Working very well most of the time
Took a bit for our cat to use it. Not sure the second cat is using it. Have had it working for about a month now and had 2 jams. It seems if the toilet seat pinches the disposal tube, since the seat feet are too short. I could not find larger seat feet (as the instructions recommend) at Lowes, so I am using furniture feet. OK for now. Once the toilet seat was lifted and I pressed the start button again it did start working again. I was just scared from the instructions I would have to take the whole thing apart and there was water sitting in the genie.

The main cat who uses it is medium/long haired and tracks the "litter" around a lot. Still trying to get daughter and spouse to at least put them back in the litter box. (I couldn't get them to clean the box before I had this and that was the deal for getting these two additional cats. Now my daughter wants another kitten.)

All in all it really has made our home a much better smelling place!!!

The product arrived on time and in perfect shape! In fact, I only ordered the dome, then I realized I should have ordered also the walls, but when it arrived the walls were in it, too!

Pieces don't fit together.
Got this in an attempt to contain the granules. The two halves that you're supposed to "gently press together" do not line up properly. When you even look at the two pieces, it is obvious. But in the meantime I spent a lot of time being aggravated that something so simple wouldn't work. Do they even check this stuff before shipping?

Great item, the sidewalls were included in the package
I have tried a cat genie in the past and I couldn't get the cats to use it. When we were "adopted" by our new kitten we decided to give the cat genie a try again. She took right to it almost instantly, but was spraying the litter all over the floor. I ordered the dome and the sidewalls separately, but the dome was delivered first. I didn't bother opening the box for several days, thinking that the dome was useless with out the sidewalls. I was surprised to find the sidewalls were included in the box, and the litter on the floor is reduced to a more manageable amount.

A must-have for the genie
If you have a genie you should get this. It will help keep the litter granules from flying about. I have one cat who is a vigorous digger so this keeps most of the litter inside the dome.
